Matt and Mason Hughes came to that belief from two different sides: decades spent improving complex enterprise operations and firsthand experience building businesses and artificial intelligence systems from the ground up. He has a proven track record of delivering immediate business value, which includes building four new state-of-the-art production lines to support enterprise growth, executing an intensive end-to-end supply chain assessment across 10 sites in just 10 weeks, and saving 4% of an overall expense budget for a Fortune 250 retailer. A master of streamlining workflows and exposing the "hidden factory," Matt once overhauled global portfolio processes to uncover $3 million in stranded capital in a single month—proving his ability to help MAIDEN’s clients achieve maximum operational throughput with disciplined cost reduction.

Mason has drawn from coursework across Saint John's University, the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire — combining business accounting, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship into a foundation unique to the consulting scene. At Eau Claire, he became a pioneer driving AI into the classroom, co-developing a feature for his Information Systems AI teaching assistant and presenting the work at the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce. He then took that same knowledge and scaled his own business operations (three parallel teams, over 140 completed projects in four months) before bringing his systems thinking to MAIDEN.
